Guide Now Arranged into Regions

I have decided to arrange the guide into regions, to make the sites easier to find. It was previously organized by county, but there are 29 counties in Utah, so that was confusing. There are now four regions: North, West, South, and East. If you look in the sidebar in Google Earth, you can select which region you want to display. This also speeds up the program, as you don't have as many place markers showing.
